SP-Amity Truck into House in Richburg

This morning at approximately 2:32a.m., Troopers from SP Amity responded to 323 Evans Street in the Village of Richburg for a report of a vehicle into a house.  Upon arrival, Troopers observed a red pick-up truck which struck a house off the west shoulder of the roadway.  Troopers identified the driver, RICHARD D. SEXTON, 47, of Bolivar, NY, still seated in the driver’s seat. Troopers said Sexton displayed physical indicators of alcohol intoxication.  SEXTON was transported to Olean General Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident and consented to blood test to determine the level of alcohol present in his blood.  Charges are pending the results of a toxicology exam.
